There was a thread about Esurance a few months ago and I remember people were reluctant to sign up, because no one had actually filed any claims through them. But their prices are much better than most other companies. Anybody have info on that?
21st Century here. I've been really happy with them. I choose them at the time namely because they don't use any aftermarket parts when your car is in an accident. Then they give you an automatic $1000 for any aftermarket equipment added to your vehicle that they don't already know about. In contrast, I got x3 tickets this year alone, really bad luck I guess as I've been diving 10 years and never had one up until now. My car is through farmers, her's is through Progressive, house is through state farm. After a month of shopping around for all three, farmers is by far the cheapest for us. best coverage, too. weird. my family has been with farmers forever, so maybe that's why

I do have also heard a lot about Esurance and its true that their prices are much better that most of the other companies. But as they are new and I didn't find any customer review to know more about this insurance provider so didn't feel to make a policy through it.
